意思是说如果如果商标两个方面的评价均为正面，它的位置应位于matrix的右上角，即横轴和纵轴各自的正数方向，数值越大表示评价越高。

这两个positive意思不太一致，不能翻成同一个词。

里头有两个scale，就是Important/Not Important 和 Urgent/Not Urgent
而positive就是每个scale里头比较有重点的，所以在这个example里头是Important和Urgent
