A hopeful website offers the use of 锣切机 in Chinese, perhaps the English version is still awaiting the completion of this translation of yours. A job ad requires 锣切师傅who has optical factory experience. What else would you be required to cut in an optical factory? Glasses. What would you need to cut glasses? Certainly not laser guns. I think it is the drum or disc grinders we see in the local optical shops!
