Short answer: 怕细菌从生肉传到填料. 通常是煮熟了才放进快煮熟的鸡.生的填料与鸡一起煮恐怕也不好吃 (烂烂的).

Pei Ling, 我同意你的观点。非常感谢!能不能再问一下,为什么要 cooked separately呢?是不是说先要把填料煮熟或炒熟,然后塞到鸡的肚子里,再烤或者烹煮吗?可不可以把生的填料塞到鸡肚子里,一起烤或烹煮呢? |
