Maspex company has purchased the shares of a Hungarian company called Plusssz Vitamin Kft.

As a consequence of the transaction a Polish company has become the owner of the PLUSSSZ brand, which is a leading manufacturer of sparkling vitamin preparations on the Hungarian market and the second best-selling brand on the Polish out-of-pharmacy market of vitamin preparations.

Plusssz Vitamin Kft company was started in 1989. Its offer includes: Plusssz Classic, Forte Balance, ExtrActive, Frutamin and especially for children Zizzz Disney. Plusssz entered the Polish market in 1994 and since 2002 it has been selling it products through the agency of the company Polski Lek. At present on the Polish market there are available the Plusssz Classic line, which has only recently been enriched with minerals, together with the Plusssz Active line. In Hungary Maspex has been operating for twelve years. Since 1999 by means of its subsidiary it has been managing its marketing, logistic, commercial, and owing to the last year’s transaction – the purchase of the shares of Olympos company – also its manufacturing business activity there. The company is a local market leader as a manufacturer of cappuccino coffee, drinking chocolate, coffee cream and instant teas. It is also a leading juice, nectars and drinks producer.
