2/3 - photo shop (A place where one goes to have film developed. Other services such as the sale of camera equipment and passport photos can also be found in limited amounts.)
3/3 - photo studio (A place where one goes to have his or her picture taken. The sale of picture frames and photo albums are also offered from time to time.)

Comment: "Acknowledgement: Once again, my thanks to yuzouren and pkchan for their useful entries. Although it appears that there are a variety of expressions, just the appearance of yuzouren's entry has left me concerned. Does one really write 冲洗店 when referring to film development and printing?
