In addition to having the relevant pilot's license, pilots obtain ratings on different aircraft types which indicate that they are familiar with the particularities of that aircraft and have proven competency in piloting it. A type rating (型号等级) is normally obtained by undergoing training on the new aircraft type with an instructor or a check and training pilot. So the sentence in question indicates that this person has an ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot's License) and, in addition, already has type ratings on the Boeing 747 and the AS332.
