Kaifa Haluka (addressing a single male)/Haluki (addressing a single female)

كيف حالكما؟
Kaifa Halukuma (addressing 2 persons)

Or
كيف حالكم؟

Or

Kaifa Halukun (addressing a group of females)

Or you can say
كيف الصحة؟
Kaif Es-Sehha, meaning: How's the health? and it is gender neutral.

In colloquial Egyptian you can say
إزاي الصحة؟
Ezzay Es-Sehha, meaning: How's the health? and it is gender neutral.

Along those lines you can also say:
كيف الأحوال؟
Kaif El-AHwaal (gender neutral)
meaning: how are things?
