سند تجاري مضمون

This is a rare usage of the term "Avalize".
This word does not exist even in Oxford or Cambridge dictionary. The only reference to this term I found in my legal dictionary:
Aval = ضامن احتياطي، كفيل في ورقة تجارية
I believe "avalized" is derived from the term "aval"

agree Abdellatif Bouhid : The process by which a third party, usually a bank guarantees the undertaking of the drawee to meet their responsibility under a Bill of Exchange. The words "Per Aval" and the signature of the avalizing (guarantor) party must be written on the Bill. googl

مضمونة، أو مكفولة

An obligation that is guarnteed by an "aval", which is an independent guaranty used in civil law countries, often by banks and often with promissory notes or other commercial obligations. The aval may consist of the words "by aval" with the bank’s signature.
