I assumed that "ivm", being an everyday expression doesn't need extra explanation to a Dutch translator, especially since this was at the "pro" level. Anyway, It has been translated.

I don't understand, what do you mean that it means nothing? I see it in the context that for example the surgeon was called on the phone because the ICP has risen too high (normal values are 4-15 mmHg or 50-200 mm H20). But maybe I didn't understand you.
