Dutch to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Handelsagentuur
I cannot think of a good expression for the word "bewerken" in this sense. I don't think "approaching" or "working" is the right expression.

"Alle klanten worden exclusief door de Handelsagent bewerkt.
Lijst van klanten die de principaal reeds rechtsreeks bewerkte".

Many thanks!

responsible (for) / responsibility (for)

You could change it around a bit and say: "The Agent is exclusively responsible for ..." or has "responsibility for";

Alternatively and perhaps more colloquially, "deals with" or "handles" -

"The Agent deals with ... / handles ... "

It depends a bit on the agent's role!
