Smlouva o udělení prokury

Czech to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Smlouva o udělení prokury
V souladu s rozhodnutím valné hromady společnosti ze dne ... byla panu ... udělena s účinností ode dne ... prokura ve smyslu §430 ...

Co, prosím, používáte v tomto případě? Agreement of Proxy? Contract of Procuration? Nebo úplně něco jiného?

A s tímto související "prokurista" - osoba, kterému byla udělena prokura. Proxy? Procurator? Obojí se vyskytuje jak ve slovníku, tak v Googlu, ale nejsem si jistá, co v tomto případě použít.

Děkuji.

Jana Garnsworthy (asker) Jul 9, 2015:
Thank you both for your answers. In the end I opted for Procuration and Procurator, with a separate explanation of the problem to my client. "Officer holding a general power of attorney", as suggested by our German colleagues, was not really suitable for a contract, which uses that particular word a million times, nor for a title below the Prokurista's name at the end of a letter... Agreement of Proxy sounds somewhat limiting (but maybe that's just my, incorrect, assumption). Thank you both nevertheless ;)

Na valných hromadách, schůzích atd. je asi lépe "proxy".

ENGLISH

In accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of ... ... was Mr. granted with effect from ... attorney within the meaning of §430 ...

What, please, using in this case? Agreement of Proxy? Contract of Procuration? Or something completely different?

And with that associated "Proxy" - a person who has been granted power of attorney. Proxy? Procurator? Both are found both in the dictionary, and at Google, but I'm not sure what in this case.

Thank you.

Prokurist

Prokurista originates (surprise surprise) in Austrian law.
Usually, “authorised signatory” serves for purposes of Czech law.
For lots more ideas from our German-speaking colleagues (they can't fix on any one term themselves), see
