JR Client Sign-On
I am not quite sure of this answer.
接入 a network would be Sign-On.
本地客戶端接入 = Local Client Sign-On
遠程客戶端接入 = Remote Client Sign-On
返牽客戶端接入 = JR Client Sign-On
The problem for me is to explain JR Client. It is a kind of Monitoring Client which is use to monitor the traffic in the network and is written in Java Language. I am not sure of what the "R" in "JR" stands for. I make the guess, because 返牽 is only necessary for Network Management (Monitoring).
I hope that someone would come up and either overthrow my suggestion or confirm my guess.
