Rejoined in full are both the family and the moon.
Is this all right for you?

: rejoined in full sounds a bit odd, since it has connotations with 'payment in full'...rejoined sounds technical, as if you have fixed something that is broken...//'Family reunion under the full moon' is nice.

Both are full and complete:-- the full moon, and the (or our) consumated reunion.
"Family" is usaually a good substitute for . But in the case of two young lovers eloping to far away places, family does not seem to be the right word.
Discussion
There are always several ways to express the same thing.
