“脑内多发腔隙性缺血灶” 应该是指脑腔隙性梗死 (cerebral lacunar infarction)之后，MRI扫描发现的多发性的缺血灶 (ischemic focus)。平时我们影像学描述的时候，常常使用“脑内多发腔隙性缺血灶”，但实际在英文的报告中，我很少看到使用"cerebral multiple lacunar ischemic focus"，大部分直接说"the focus" or "lesions"
