I translate a fair number of student transcripts from educational institutes at various levels.

大学语文 79、电脑基础 82、大学英语 69。
Purpose of translation: official assesment of Chinese education qualifications in New Zealand.
It seems that I cannot translate it as "College English" , as it may imply the qualification is at a level lower than it actually is. "College" in New Zealand means "High School".
"University English" seems not be a good choice either, as it may imply the qualification is at a level higher than it actually is.
Any other suggestions? thanks!

: should be OK. or just 'English'. IMO if the authorities are looking at many transcripts from China, they will know pretty much the standard course structure in the Chinese unis and technical colleges (and that it generally includes English)
