SOILCRETE® is a trademark (http://www.franki.com.au/products/grouting/jet.html), so it is better to leave it in English.

Discussion
I will leave the question open for some more time. Both "soilcrete", "Earth concrete�������" and "improvement soil ����" are similar concepts but I am not sure whether they are equivalent.
I am not sure whether "soilcrete" is a short form for "soil concrete".
I have a definition of soilcrete as follows:
Jet grouting is a procedure for the insitu construction of solidified ground of pre-determined shape, size and depth, to a designed characteristic (strength, permeability, flexibility). This solidified ground is known as Soilcrete.
