بادر إليه مبادرة وبدارا: أسرع. وبدر فلانا الغاية وإليها: سبقه إليه.
وورد في لسان العرب:
بَدَرْتُ إِلى الشيء أَبْدُرُ بُدُوراً أَسْرَعْتُ، وكذلك بادَرْتُ إِليه، وتَبادَرَ القومُ أَسرعوا، وابْتَدَروا السلاحَ تَبادَرُوا إِلى أَخذه، وبادَرَ الشيءَ مبادَرَةً وبِداراً وابْتَدَرَهُ وبَدَرَ غيرَه إِليه يَبْدُرُه عاجَلَهُ
ويقال ابْتَدَرَ القومُ أَمراً وتَبادَرُوهُ أَي بادَرَ بعضُهم بعضاً إِليه أَيُّهُمْ يَسْبِقُ إِليه فَيَغْلِبُ عليه وبادَرَ فلانٌ فلاناً مُوَلِّياً ذاهباً في فراره
إذن يقال: بدر/بادر إلى الشيء وبادر الشيء، وابتدر الشيء
ولندقق ثانية: وبادَرَ الشيءَ مبادَرَةً وبِداراً وابْتَدَرَهُ وبَدَرَ غيرَه إِليه يَبْدُرُه عاجَلَهُ
في المثال الحالي: بادر المشروع مبادرة وبدارا من فاعل مُفاعلة وفِعالا
واسم الفاعل من فاعَلَ: مُفاعِل مثل قاتل مقاتلة وقتالا فهو مقاتل
ورجوعا إلى ما سبق من جواز قول: بدر إلى الشيء - وبادر الشيء
يمكن أن نقول: المبادرون إلى المشروع والمبادرون المشروع ومبادرو المشروع
