§ 100. Skyldnerens rett og legitimasjon til å forføye over boets eiendeler.
Skyldneren er under konkursen uberettiget til å forføye over boets eiendeler, til å ta imot oppfyllelse av boets fordringer eller oppsigelse o l på boets vegne, og til å pådra boet forpliktelser.
