computerassistierte Chirurgie) sind die Umsätze im ersten Semester
2000 um 7,2% auf CHF 31,7 Mio. gestiegen (4,0% in Lokalwährung).

In Prosthetics (artificial joint replacement, including computerassisted
surgery), first half 2000 sales were CHF 31.7 million, representing
an increase of 7.2% compared to 1999 (4.0% in local
currencies).

I get 1,330 hits for \"artificial joint replacements\" (searched between inverted commas, i.e. the whole phrase) and 389,000 for \"joint replacement\" on its own. Ätsch. ;)

agree Edith Kelly : You indeed can leave it out. All joints being replaced are artificial ones, you just have to distinguish between cemented and cementless.
