I get 1,330 hits for \"artificial joint replacements\" (searched between inverted commas, i.e. the whole phrase) and 389,000 for \"joint replacement\" on its own. Ätsch. ;)

: You indeed can leave it out. All joints being replaced are artificial ones, you just have to distinguish between cemented and cementless.
