1. Check the level in the silo from the panel view to ensure that the amount of ingredient in the tanker can be accommodated. Then select the appropriate silo to be in �FILL MODE� filled from the panel view. The system will also check that 25 tonnes (typical delivery) can be accommodated.
2. Connect the tanker hose to the appropriate fill pipe.
3. Open the manual valve which is monitored by the system.
4. Reverse jet filter will start.
5. The dehumidifier solenoid for the silo will close.
6. If control system is clear, a green indicator will light to show the vehicle discharge system can be started.
7. Any fault during the fill sequence will turn the green indicator off and sound an audible alarm to indicate the vehicle discharge system should be stopped and the isolation valve be closed.
8. The control system will monitor:
� Load cell weight
� High level detector
� Dust Jet Differential pressure switch
� Explosion panel limit switch
� Isolating valve limit switch
� Silo selected for fill
9. Any fault will require a manual reset before the fill can continue.
10. When the delivery is finished the isolation valve will be closed and disconnect the tanker fill hose. The silo will then be taken out of �fill mode� on the panel view.
11. The reverse jet filter will continue to run for �x� minutes as determined on commissioning and once the filter stops, the dehumidifier solenoid will enter the sequence. Timing for the dehumidifier solenoid to be determined on commissioning.
