Top o' the afternoon, everybody,

I'm having trouble translation that bit here. I know what "BORA" stands for (Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte), and I also know what the "Rdn." stands for (Randnummer). It's the "Vor" that stumps me. I have no idea what it's referring to, and I haven't been able to find out other on the web or in my dictionaries.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Jalapeno,

I am guessing that Härtung / Römermann is a commentary on law.
In the introduction to the section discussing § 6 BORA at Rdn. 135
the authors state their opinions on some aspects of the BORA.

agree Derek Gill Franßen : Yes, this is referring to the stuff written before the actual comments on the specific statute begin; "introduction to the section" is good (you'd have to look in a commentary to really know what it is - it can be long and have a lot of "Randnummer"). :-)
