At the same moment, the door opens, Stasio vigorously rushes and screams: “Where are my poles? I took the wrong ones.” He takes the right poles and leaves for the lift being accompanied by his wife who decided to see him off to Kuźnice.
Is that correct? I want to say that his wife accompanied him on his way to the ski lift.

I woudl change it as below...
At *that moment* [or *just then*], the door opens, Stasio rushes *into the room* and screams: “Where are my poles? I took the wrong ones.” He *gets* the right ones and *heads* for the lift, *accompanied by* [or *together with*] his wife, who has decided to see him off to KuŸnice

cut the "being"
It is not necessary
"leaves for the lift accompanied by his wife, who had decided to see him off..."
Needs comma after "wife"
