German to English Law/Patents Law (general) Citations of evidence, exhibits
In a pleading, there are a number of citations of evidence that read as follows:
Beweis: Zeugnis Krueger, Schmidt, Meyer, alle b.b.
Can anyone expand "b.b."?

Bereits benannt is right. This is how I translate it.

neutral Dr. Fred Thomson : It seems to me that the term means mentioned above or already mentioned and it refers to the witness and whatever information may have already been given about the witness and not merely the place where the witness may be served.

That's very true. I don't really like 'already named', though. 'Details above'?

"bei Bedarf". The court may not need them at an oral hearing. But, if the court so orderes in a beweisbeschluss they are part of the Beweisauffuehrung.

the witness has already been named with address etc.
I am positive on this, I worked for a law office for 4 years.

I was almost going to write "I am sure".
I have seen this often, and never as one of the other option suggested.
