É claro que tem gente que não conhece a nomenclatura dos medicamentos e acha que "tarja" está errado. Mas é o termo correto no Brasil. Talvez em Portugal seja outra coisa.

Black Box Warnings
Boxed warnings (formerly known as Black Box Warnings) are the highest safety-related warning that medications can have assigned by the Food and Drug Administration.
