suppongo si tratti del cognome da nubile, se così fosse come viene indicato nei documenti in italiano? "es. Signora Maria Rossi, nata Bianchi/di nascita Bianchi"... o preferibile altro? grazie per il consiglio
(ps. ovviamente i nomi e cognomi che ho indicato sono fittizi)..

Nella prassi, la moglie assume il cognome del marito con l'aggiunta «néé» (nata) seguita dal cognome da nubile.

In Italia una donna sposata mantiene il suo cognome da nubile, e quello del marito viene aggiunto.
"L'art. 143-bis del codice civile stabilisce che "la moglie aggiunge al proprio cognome quello del marito e lo conserva durante lo stato vedovile, fino a che passi a nuove nozze".
La normativa attuale sul diritto di famiglia però prevede che la moglie conservi il suo cognome di nascita e che il cognome del marito non venga riportato in nessun documento (carta d'identità, patente, passaporto). Si può però far aggiungere nei documenti ufficiali la dicitura "coniugata XXX"."
