Italian term

litiemia/litiema

Italian to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals drugs
"a seguito di assunzione di SM sosp riscontro di aumentato valore di litiema [sic], sovradosaggio intenzionale [...bla bla...] a rilascio prolungato di litio carbonato"

https://www.valorinormali.com/sangue/litiemia/

So if we are talking lithium, https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/lithaemia#English "The presence of lithic acid in the blood."

But then:
"a condition in which excess uric acid is present in the blood"
https://www.merriam-webster.com/medical/lithemia#:~:text=lit...

Someone please confirm that it's about lithium not uric acid (although there is a medical connection between the two, I cannot see the linguistic one)

Also please, does "sosp" here mean "sospensione" or "sospett@"? Thanks!

Also known from experience.

Re "sosp", I believe it's sospensione which I have often heard used also along with medicines "a rilascio prolungato". You don't know what the SM stands for?

Here is a link explaining "suspensions" https://www.pharmapproach.com/liquid-dosage-forms-pharmaceut...
