In the event of any concerns over a project or as part of ongoing quality assurance the SABB engineering team should visit any project of concern and projects for any developer whose CRR has moved into Watchlist or below.

Each developer’s CRR (provided by WMR) is to be monitored on a quarterly basis until project completion.
In the case of significant deterioration of CRR (i.e. Developer downgraded from Type I to Type II or CRR downgraded by 2 grades (out of 23 Grades) or above from previous rating for Type II developer) or adverse news is happened to the developer (shared internally from WMR / obtained from external sources), this should be reported in the Retail Risk Committee and new loan origination from the project should be considered for suspension with guidance sought from WMR.
