The picture is readable. This is two terms in one question. I think the answer may be in the row above: the bottle is gamma sterilized (GST). The E in EGS could be ethylene, also used for sterilization, but I don't know.

I don't think it's about tax Technical specifications rather than financial, and 37,5% seems high for tax, and also it concerns 'flow rate', thanks.
