SENTENCIA DE DIVORCIO
Upon a party's failure to execute a document reasonably required to carry out the provisions of this agreement, the parties agree that the court may appoint, upon ex parte application with appropriate notice, the Clerk of the Superior Court or the Clerk's designee as an elisor to sign those documents on behalf of the party who failed to do so voluntarily.
