Complaints about product quality...are accepted on the condition
that the buyer always kept the product refrigerated
(paraphrasing somewhat)

\"claims\" if it means a formal process for compensation (for spoilage).
Otherwise, it\'s somewhat like what you see on food packaging - \"keep frozen\" (until ready to eat)
And Dorene\'s right - \"frozen\"
(paraphrasing somewhat)

Product quality claims.....
Product quality claims shall be accepted on the condition of the continuous storage of the products by the Buyer in the refrigerating chamber
...
I think that претензия should be translated as "claim" (ref: Russian-English Law Dictionary)

: freezing chamber-место где продукт от нормальной температуры доводят до пониженной. должно быть refrigerating chamber-в ней продукт хранят при пониженной температуре, а не замораживают.

Claims in relation of product quality can be (shall be) accepted only if the purchaser kept the respective product uninterruptedly in a freezing room.
or
Claims in relation of product quality can be (shall be) accepted only if the respective product was kept uninterruptedly by the purchaser in a freezing room.
IMHO the translation may be not straightforward:)

Discussion
1 - So are actually claims or complaints in this context?
2 - "Claims about the quality of goods shall be accepted on the condition that the purchased goods have been continuously stored in a freezer". Does that work? Can one use the perfect tense in a contract? And shall I rather mention the buyer to make the meaning more transparent?
Thanks again.
