4. Invoicing

4.10 The CONTRACTING PARTY undertakes to pay all correct invoices normally within xx (xxx) days of the date of receipt of such invoices. If the CONTRACTING PARTY disputes any invoice, in whole or in part, the CONTRACTING PARTY shall notify the CONTRACTOR of the amount(s) in dispute and reject the disputed invoices until they are adjusted by the CONTRACTOR. On settlement of any dispute, the CONTRACTING PARTY shall then pay the adjusted invoice(s) within xx (xxxx) days of the date of receipt.
