I wanted to confirm if this means 'the Revolutionary Committees Movement'? Is this the correct way of referring to such a movement?
The sentence is:

ثم أسست الدولة مركزا استخباراتيا صغيرة لحركة اللجان الثورية في كل قرية وبلدة ...
