Gto

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting SAT - tax withholdings
Spain/Mexico. From another query, I see that Gto is sometimes an abbreviation for Guanajuato, but as this time it appears in a list of software strings and the general context is tax withholding types, that doesn't seem to fit.

Gasto/expense

According to the reference below, it means 'gasto' (expense), which I think could fit.

I'd definitely translate 'Gto' as 'gasto'.

The reference above isn't from Mexican but you can see that depending on the amount of space, they've written 'Gasto', 'G' and 'Gto'.
