Proposed translations
A Distinction in A-Levels > Advanced Higher Scottish Baccaleaureate
I can't say that a Baccaleurate of Excellence rings any bells with me from the South of England but, then again, AS levels had not yet been introduced in my 'day' in the Swinging Sixties.
DISTINCTION is awarded if a student obtains grade A(a) or above in five subjects and grade C(c) or above in two further subjects; PASS is awarded if a student obtains grade G(g) or above in seven subjects.
A Scottish Baccalaureate is a group award consisting of a coherent group of current Higher and Advanced Higher qualifications.

: This translation may be correct, but only if they want BrE. An A-Level means nothing in the USA. This is a constant translation dilemma with "bachillerato"

: People have been telling you for years that you can't just anglicize everything, and you just ignore them. This is a bad mistranslation - you've also misunderstood "de excelencia", and I don't know where the "Scottish" comes from.

: If you read the question carefully, asker wants a translation into English of a Spanish educational term , not its equivalent in the Outer Hebrides.

: As I noted in my answer the previous same query, there is no UK equivalent . The literal translation of this NEW qualification should suffice.

Baccalaureate of Excellence in English
I don't think there is an equivalent in the UK of this new qualification, but the Spanish educational institutions that do offer it call it "Baccalaureate of Excellence", so I wouldn't bother looking any further myself. However, as our colleagues have noted, you could always add an explanation.
Example sentence(s):
The Foundation offers Baccalaureate of Excellence and International Baccalaureate...

Pax Justin, you might want to check the different UK vs USA definitions of "baccalaureate" in a couple of dictionaries, for example:
https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/baccalau...
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/baccalaureate
For the fourth consecutive year the Baccalaureate of Excellence has been....
Autonomous Community of Madrid has introduced an experimental course of study called ´Baccalaureate of Excellence´...
