@Kristina: I don't think it means a bill of exchange (letra de cambio), unless it's from one of those countries with an idiosyncratic way of expressing it. Unfortunately, due to the customary lack of context when translating these software strings, it is unclear what they are actually referring to. I was using the dictionary suggestion "redemption voucher", but "exchange voucher" will do for now.
