Really any of these solutions will do!
forwarding to the registry for communicating with the public prosecutor.
forward/send (forwarding/sending) (it) to the court's registry (and the registry office should do the needful) for informing/contacting the public prosecutor.

I can't consider this as an answer rather than a try to give you some ideas.

Si manda alla Cancelleria l'onere di comunicare al P.M. (se ne deve occupare la Cancelleria)
