exclusive "top table" tips
very little context to go on here. Do you have any other pertinent context?
TOP TABLE usually means "the table where the most important people sit at a formal meal" e.g. at a wedding reception the bride and groom and their parents, bridesmaids and groomsmen would sit at the top table. And other guests would be seated at other tables around the room. Those seated farthest away from the top table are the least important guests
In US English it would be known as the Head Table, but again, it's where the most important people sit
So here, in the context of gambling, since it's followed by "Info" it seems to mean that Spin Sports is going to give you tips/advice/ info that is normally reserved for the most important people at the "top table", the people who are "in the know".
A way of making it seem that you are getting exclusive info

You've misunderstood what I said. I gave you the usual meaning to begin but then said I think it means exclusive info (AS IF you were important people, people in the know) so yes, it could have the meaning of "important info" but it's marketing hype

anyway, you have more context than you have given here so you should be able to judge. But I'm pretty sure I'm right that using this language makes it seem that people thing they are getting exclusive or important info (that is not usually given to everybody or publicly). That's probably why they are more succesful than their competitors.

Note from asker:
I do not think that it refers to important people because the article will publish publicly for everyone. I think it refers to important info |
