OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:
Patient was brought to the operating room. Spinal anesthesia administered. Patient was carefully positioned, in the prone position. Right lower limb positioned so is to allow cross table lateral x-ray.
Routine skin preparation with combination of iodine and alcoholic skin preparation.
