English to Russian Bus/Financial Finance (general)

Seller agrees and undertakes to use its reasonable efforts to perform (or procure the performance of) all further acts and things, and execute and deliver (or procure the execution and delivery of) all further documents, as may be required by law or as Purchaser may reasonably require to implement and/or give effect to this Agreement and the obligations contemplated by it and for the purpose of vesting in Purchaser the full benefit of the assets, rights and benefits to be transferred to Purchaser under this Agreement, subject to good faith co-operation by Purchaser.
