Hebrew term

ליגמנטום נוחה

Hebrew to English Medical Medical (general)
In a CT scan report, one of the lines reads

הסתיגויות גסות בליגמנטום נוחה.

I found one reference to the phrase in a reference in the doctors.co.il forum that says it is a finding characteristic of DISH syndrome.
https://www.doctors.co.il/forum-11/message-132270/

But how would the phrase be expressed in English?

Thanks.
Proposed translations (English)
4 gross calcifications present in the ligament

Tada! Found it! It is ligamentum nuchae A ligament in the neck.

Oops That is my typo, I didn't notice it. But my question is about the word נוחה. How does that fit? It says gross calcifications in the ligament but what is נוחה?

gross calcifications present in the ligament

I believe that there is a typo in the first word and should read הסתיידויות [calcifications] and not הסתיגויות. Gross calcifications being present in the ligament is consistent with DISH syndrome.
