Oh, man, not those plans again:)
"Creative aspirations" that the young lady suggested above could work too, I guess, except it's a bit too pompous for my liking. Cheers, Angela.

: I wouldn't go for "aspirations" - usually used for мечты и дерзания молодых и начинающих, hardly fits for seasoned writers

: Can you cite a single example of real-world usage of 'blueprints' in such a context? I very much doubt you can, and I'm awfully tempted to call it nonsense. / Nonsense, then. But I used it figuratively, so it's OK, right?

Yes, blueprints do not sound good, but I used it figuratively.

Discussion
If "aspiration"-it means just striving, desire,
and "Project' is fine, but it is more complex and accurate, in addition to that it is not in general, here playwright is talking about his планы in general, not so accurate. He is telling what works his readers would expect in the future? I believe that here is about works (writing), not "putting on stage thing"
Literary directions might work depending on the context, but here is no enough context.
So, I would just translate:
In his message, he told about what works his readers would expect (from him).
