Urbanisme dynamique

I have the definition, but I'm not sure what the corresponding term in English would be:
Urbanisme dynamique : aider les entreprises dans le choix de nouvelles solutions applicatives et technologiques (cloud assessment) et les accompagner dans la migration vers ces nouvelles plateformes (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS et hybride)

Selected
dynamic IS (mapping &) planning
OR (a bit longer)
Ongoing IS mapping, remodelling and development
I think the system has to be ongoing hence the dynamic element...
I haven't been able to find "urbanis(z)ation" used as an IS/IT term in English at all except in (obviously-) translated texts (and those translations are quite clearly not by native speakers) hence I'm reluctant to introduce the term into English in this field. It would be good to have a 1 word term though!

"Urbanization mainly consists in three main activities:
cartography of the existing IS
conception of a target IS
determination of a migration path from the existing to the target IS
I looked on IATE as well and it does not exist as a term other than in relation to urban planning, and land use ..."

The process of urbanization is based on three key areas that feed each other:
the modeling strategy
the mapping of existing systems (business, functional, application, technical)
the determination of target systems (business, functional, application, technical)

I think if you do decide to use the 1-word term you will need to put it in quote marks "urbanis(z)ion" and then explain it.

: I've looked at this for 15 mins. The subject is IT and in the discussions, someone gives "urbanization" with a reference (I found other sites confirming this new usage) It has NOTHING to do with town planning in this context.

Hello Tatyana000 (and all)
This is really your answer as you gave us the right reference so I'm putting it up as a suggestion in order that it can be entered into the glossary if you choose it.
In view of the circumstances, please don't give me any points if you decide to choose it.

I got moderated and don't understand why. All I wanted to say was that we have a good reference from Tatyana000 and this checks out on other IT sites.
This question has nothing to do with town planning or urbanism in its usual sense (populations and cities).
I don't see how people got there as it is clearly an IT question in the title and in the context given
It looks like it's related to this: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urbanisation_(informatique)
