The disbursement of each Tranche will be effected upon the Lender’s receipt of an original disbursement request issued by the Borrower on the basis of the Form of Disbursement Request (Annex 2) (the "Disbursement Request"), provided that the request is satisfactory in substance to the Lender and is accompanied by supporting documentation evidencing that all relevant conditions precedent are fulfilled.
