I have checked the term "villa" in kudo glossaries and the translation is Villa, but there is no context. I wonder if it is possible to leave it like that in this expression "thermal villa" or there is a better possibility.
Any suggestions?

A 'villa' is a house in English but here the Spanish 'villa' describes a town - so that won't work.
This British pilgrim describes Caldas de Reis as a spa town:
"We set off from the fine city of Pontevedra at 8.50 am this morning to make our way to the spa town of Caldas de Reis, which we managed to reach before two o’clock this afternoon."

I was actually going to suggest 'spa town' then I googled 'thermal town' - which sounds strange to me - and found that there is an assocation:

My feeling is you could use either 'spa town' or 'thermal town' whichever you prefer, but maybe 'thermal town' is better if you are going to translate balneario as spa later on in the sentence.
