Microwave honey sponge cake

This type of cake seems to have been known for some time among molecular cuisine enthusiasts and was apparently created by Albert Adriá (Ferran's brother). The word ¨siphon¨ is not mentioned in the various names, which are also used for cakes which do not require a siphon.

Ten-minute Cake
Get this: with nothing but a blender, a whipping siphon, and a microwave, you can have tender, fluffy cakes on the table in less than 10 minutes. This microwave cake has a deliciously rugged, spongy texture that pound cake could only dream of. The feathery layers easily pull apart for a sweet and delicate dessert.

Honey foam sponge cake

"Spume/froth/foam" is what comes out of the syphon. Again, as with the blowtorch, I'd omit mention of the tool.
