Embedded (decentralised)

Поскольку речь все же идет о распределении ролей в команде, то вместо “механизмов” лучше использовать, например, “функционал”.

Кроме того, “user experience” в контексте можно перевести как “впечатления от использования/удовлетворенность пользователей”:
