those all sound like good suggestions from Barbara. Also, you might have some joy putting those dimensions into google together with words like "wall" "lamp" or "lantern". There's this - https://goo.gl/qJkber - for example, which matches those dimensions and is described as an "Uplight Wall Lantern"
