Company ...sells billing and related software for businesses. This was from their online platform, where lack of context is a recurring problem.Their clients include different companies in the retail, logistics and healthcare sectors, among others. I'm now doing another thing for them which they want urgently for tomorrow, so I'll come back to this query in a day or two...
philgoddard Jan 25, 2018:
Thanks I see you've classified it as transportation. What does the company sell, and who is the web page aimed at? Wholesalers, retailers, consumers?
Could it mean installation?
If it simply means "first order", "primer pedido de implantación" sounds like a tautology.
neilmac (asker) Jan 25, 2018:
Nope Even the usage example I posted was random, taken from the internet. The actual text I'm supposed to translate in the client's online platform is "Pedido de implantación/ Pedido mixto". Nothing else. I'm assuming it means something like initial/inaugural order, but I've never heard of the Spanish expression before.

I'm surprised at you! No context?

I think this is probably what it means, yes.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Well, it looks like it just means initial/first order. Thanks to everyone for the comments and help."
10 mins

order to establish a transportation account

I would think that refers to the fact that they offer a 10% discount when you first order to the company. Thus, establishing your account with them.

I am giving a low level of confidence, as I am not sure without further context, and being a Spaniard, I am never sure of my *Henglish... ;-)

But I don't know what else it could mean.

¡Saludos!
Note from asker:
I think it probably means something along the lines of "initial order", but it would be nice to hear from someone who has actually seen it used before in Spanish.

implementation request

If this is related to systems/software implementation, wonder if it could just mean "We provide a minimum of a 10% discount with the first implementation (or installation) request (or order)."
Note from asker:
Sorry, I posted that sentence, which I found online, simply as a usage example, as my own own context is virtually zero ("Pedido de implantación + Pedido mixto"). I think it means something like "the first order (and we hope to get more in future)"
