Hola! Necesito que por favor me ayuden a resolver esto que estoy traduciendo al inglés
El original dice así:
El Oferente deberá presentar en su Oferta el plan de inspecciones y comunicar a la Contratista las fechas y lugares en que tendrán lugar las pruebas y ensayos de los materiales y equipos, con una antelación de TREINTA (30) días para elementos importados y DIEZ (10) días para elementos nacionales.
Este es mi intento:
The Bidder shall present in his Offer the inspections plan and he shall communicate the Contractor the dates and places in which the materials and equipments tests will take place, upon THIRTY (30) days in advance for imported elements and TEN (10) days for national elements.

This is the kind of wording you would probably find in a contract.
I'd say "inspection schedule" instead of plan,
and I'd use "equipment" testing. I don't think equipment can be pluralized. Also "ítems" is probably a better word choice for "elementos" than "elements".

It's worth reading Ken Adams on this. He argues, and I agree, that it is preferable to use a "strong verb" (notify) rather than a "buried verb" (provide notice), and uses the following example, in which he recommends B rather than A:
A: Acme shall provide Doe with at least ten days’ prior notice of any change of address.
B: If Acme wishes to change its address, it must notify Doe at least ten days in advance.
