Физ. лицо оплачивает в банке коммунальные услуги, любые другие услуги. И банк ему выдает подтвеждающий документ.
Называется он в настоящее время в банке не кассовый чек, а чек-ордер.
Коллеги, простите, что сразу не внесла уточнения!!!!!
Это внутренний банковский документ, международными стандартами не одобренный.
И форма очень произвольная. Подождем еще мнения дорогих коллег!
